Conventional Beam Detector
Beam detectors are devices that use a beam of light emitted to detect smoke and fires in large areas.
The detector consists of at least one transmitter and one or more receivers or even a complex transmitter/receiver and one or more optical reflectors.
They are used in buildings where the smoke detector is not economical or cannot be installed because of the high height.
